To provide customers with high-end SMT (Surface Mount Technology) chip processing services, we are equipped with four automatic high-speed SMT chip mounting production lines, automatic board loaders, automatic solder paste printers, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) thickness detectors, multi-zone reflow ovens, AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment, baking machines, stencil cleaning machines, and other related facilities. We have long been providing processing and manufacturing services for domestic listed companies and group clients.

DIP (Dual In-line Package) insertion processing is a part of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) electronic processing process, which involves relatively more manual operations and thus places higher requirements on management.
